CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Amera Urban Developers, Inc., announced that State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") has executed a long-term lease agreement for 50,500 square feet, or approximately 50 percent of One Charter Place, the first multi-tenant office building of the Downtown Coral Springs project.
